TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility
Company), is a Company set up under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, and
is responsible for Project Implementation, Management and Maintenance of Urban
Rapid Transit Projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility
Authority. The company is seeking dynamic, experienced and self-driven
professionals for the following positions:
- Assistant Manager Bus Compliance (01 Position)
- Reporting to the Manager Operation & Control Centre;
ensures bus operations comply with regulatory standards, contractual
obligations, safety protocols, and service performance requirements.
- Qualification:
16 years degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Transport
Planning/Engineering, or related fields. Master’s preferred.
- Experience:
3 years relevant post-qualification. International experience an
advantage.
- Age:
Up to 42 years.
- Assistant Manager Bus Operations (01 Position)
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of Chamkani
and Mochi bus contracts, including contract management, operations,
invoice processing, and compliance.
- Qualification:
16 years education in Engineering or Management Sciences.
- Experience:
5 years relevant post-qualification. International experience an
advantage.
- Age:
Up to 42 years.
- Assistant Manager Infrastructure (01 Position)
- Assists in planning, procurement, and management of
infrastructure projects for the BRT corridor.
- Qualification:
16 years education in Civil Engineering or Transport
Planning/Engineering. Master’s preferred.
- Experience:
3 years relevant post-qualification.
- Age:
Up to 42 years.
- Business Development Officer (02 Positions)
- Identifies, develops, and manages commercial
opportunities within BRT plazas, stations, buses, and retail spaces.
- Qualification:
16 years education in Business Administration (Marketing/Sales),
Economics, or related fields.
- Experience:
3 years relevant post-qualification in business development, advertising,
leasing, or marketing.
- Age:
Up to 42 years.
- Bus Compliance Supervisor (02 Positions)
- Ensures safe and monitored bus operations in line with
regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Qualification:
16 years education in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Transport
Planning/Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
2 years post-qualification or 1 year with Master’s.
- Age:
Up to 37 years.
- Operations Supervisor (03 Positions)
- Assists Assistant Manager BRT Control Centre in daily
monitoring of bus operations, ensuring compliance and tracking KPIs.
- Qualification:
16 years education in Civil/Transport/Industrial Engineering or relevant
field.
- Experience:
2 years post-qualification or 1 year with Master’s.
- Age:
Up to 37 years.
- Electrical Executive (01 Position)
- Responsible for installation, maintenance, and
supervision of electrical systems within the BRT corridor and plazas.
- Qualification:
16 years education in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Experience:
2 years relevant post-qualification.
- Age:
Up to 37 years.
- Mechanical Executive (01 Position)
- Ensures installation and maintenance of mechanical
infrastructure including HVAC, UPS, elevators, generators, pumps,
firefighting systems, escalators.
- Qualification:
16 years education in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience:
2 years relevant post-qualification.
- Age:
Up to 37 years.
- Security & Safety Executive (01 Position)
- Ensures safety and security of BRT operations, staff,
assets, and infrastructure.
- Qualification:
16 years education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration
(Finance), or related fields.
- Experience:
2 years relevant post-qualification.
- Age:
Up to 37 years.
