Our client, a reputable financial institution and an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and highly skilled professional for the following position, to be based at their Karachi Office.

Job Title: Group Head – Legal (SVP/EVP)
Qualification & Experience:

  • LL.B or LL.M (16 years of education) from a university recognized by HEC
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 6 years in a senior management role
  • Must have experience in the financial sector

Job Overview:
The individual will lead the company’s legal function, provide strategic legal guidance to the board and management, manage litigation, and ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements. The role also oversees drafting, reviewing, and vetting of all legal documentation.
