Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Node, Local Government & Housing Town Planning Department, Government of Sindh invites applications from suitable individuals having required qualifications from HEC-recognized institutions on a contract basis initially for three (03) years on market-based salaries, extendable based on satisfactory performance and departmental need.

1. Senior Financial Advisor
Qualification: MBA/MS (Finance) or CA/ACCA/CFA/ICMA
Experience: 10 years in PPP financial transactions, modeling, risk analysis, project finance
Appointment: Market-based contract
Job Description: Financial modeling, feasibility studies, transaction analysis, document review
2. Senior Technical Advisor
Qualification: B.E. Civil (Master’s in Project/Construction/Structural Engineering preferred)
Experience: 10 years in PPP projects, infrastructure, technical evaluation
Appointment: Contract-based
Job Description: Technical input, feasibility review, engineering analysis
3. Legal Advisor
Qualification: LLB/LLM (local or foreign)
Experience: 10 years in legal advisory, PPP contracts
Appointment: Market-based contract
Job Description: Legal review, drafting RFQ/RFP/agreements
4. Procurement Advisor
Qualification: MBA/MPA/Masters in relevant field
Experience: 10 years in procurement, PPP frameworks
Appointment: Market-based contract
Job Description: Procurement documentation, contract management
5. Assistant Director Finance
Qualification: MBA (Finance)/CA/ACCA/ICMA
Experience: 5 years in financial modeling, risk analysis
Appointment: Market-based contract
Job Description: Financial input, modeling, appraisal
6. Assistant Director Technical
Qualification: B.E. Civil
Experience: 5 years in technical evaluation, project management
