  2. Submit application with bio-data, academic/experience/domicile certificates, 2 recent photos, and CNIC copy via registered courier/post to HR Department MTI-HMC within 15 days of advertisement. No hand submissions accepted.
  3. Include Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Hospital Director - MTI-HMC or deposit in Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch:
    • Branch Code: 0185
    • Account No: PLS-3002017013
    • Fee: Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable)
  4. Distinction holders must attach authentic proof.
  5. Late documents, even with timely payment, will not be entertained.
  6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (via test or pre-interview marks or both).
  7. Service governed under KP Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 (amended).
  8. If closing date falls on a holiday, next working day is considered.
  9. Late applications will be rejected.
  10. Scrutiny Committee may reject incomplete applications; appeals can be made to competent forum.
  11. Experience marks only for relevant field.
  12. Screening test may be held to manage candidate volume; test marks carry no weightage.
  13. Candidature may be cancelled if candidate:
    • Is convicted by court
    • Dismissed from public service
    • Provides false information
    • Suppresses disqualifying facts
    • Uses improper support
    • Submits forged certificates
    • Alters age/academic records
    • Misbehaves in interview
  14. Original documents must be shown at interview.
  15. Contract duration: 1 year, extendable upon BoG approval.
  16. Authority may increase, decrease, or cancel the post.
  17. No TA/DA for test/interview.
