General Conditions:

Screening test with 50% passing marks.
Written exam based on prescribed syllabus.
Optional subjects must be clearly mentioned.
Psychological/aptitude test may be conducted.
Government servants must have 2 years continuous service.
Disabled persons must provide valid certificates.
Foreign degree holders must produce equivalency certificates.
Employees of government/semi-government/autonomous bodies must obtain departmental permission.
Quotas will be strictly followed.
Grace marks are not allowed.
Domicile certificate must be produced and will be final.
Dual domicile holders will be rejected.
Candidates must fulfill all requirements before appearing in the examination.
