Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority requires services of qualified individuals to fill the following vacant post on contract basis for three (03) years (extendable) where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:-

Flight Inspector (Safety Management & Compliance)

(Equivalent to EG-07

No. of Positions: One (01)

Lump Sum Pay Package shall be offered as Rs.479,370/- per month with 05% annual increment

(Negotiable as per policy)

Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (including all age relaxations)

Prescribed Qualification / Experience / Desired Skills

BE Aerospace / MBA / Engineering Degree.

The candidate should have a minimum 15 years of experience in aviation safety management, preferably in a supervisory or inspection role. Experience in conducting safety inspections and audits is essential.

Knowledge of Regulations: The candidate should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework and its intent to ensure as organization meets the requirement for its certificates, as set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Must be familiar with relevant industry practices and be able to interpret and apply safety regulations effectively.

Analytical Skills: An aviation safety management inspector shall possess strong analytical skills commensurate with roles and responsibilities to assess the organizations safety performance. He must be able to analyze data, evaluate safety performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Technical Skills: The candidate shall have a strong understanding of Safety Management Systems, maintenance procedures and operational practices. He should be knowledgeable about the latest safety technologies and best practices in aviation safety management
